Once you've selected your preferred home, you can express your interest by submitting an application through the Buy tab. To complete your application, please provide the following documents via our online platform:

• Proof of ID
• Proof of address
• Proof of funds ie. mortgage letter, proof of signed contracts on sale, bank statement.
• Help to Buy details (if applicable)

We process applications on a first-come, first-served basis and utilize our online platform for a transparent reservation process. Upon verification of your documents, you will receive a notification that your application is approved and then your viewing will be arranged, we will call you to arrange this.
